Built as an extention to the original property, it accomodates four suite rooms tidily arranged around a double height living space, featuring a mezzanine and spiral stair.

Inspired by mediterranean traditional finishes, we cared to portray the stucco as it helped us add a minimalistic spirit and clean canvas.
